This place is perfect for a luxurious stay. The location is great, right on a lovely square with good simple dinner choices. It's in a central area, just a short walk from most tourist places. The staff here are always super 

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful when possible. Location is excellent for a downtown excursion.

The conceirge staff was clueless about tourist needs. They could usually not help with anything regarding sight seeing or times of local attractions. They did not have any suggestions for bus tours or even the slightest information. The tourism office is located many blocks away and they too are not very well versed in english, so were not particularly helpful.

The location is very central and within walking distance of all the best sites of Valladolid.

Rooms sited over Plaza San Miguel whic can be rather noisy over the weekend.

Pillows a bit hard & only 1 provided. Shower leaked onto floor sometimes but was dealt with by staff.
